This location was absolutely perfect and nice, so close to a bus stop at the top of the town, and Newquay, bus station. The room we had was fairly quiet and big, and complete with fridge, big windows, shared bathroom.

Nice hotel with marvellous location in walking distance to Newquay town centre. The helpful staff and their quick responses to my needs. Comfy, tidy room provided with fridge, big windows plus shared bathroom. Location just next door to Newquay, bus station and beach and restaurants. Very pleasant overall experience.

We felt so at home at Ocean Breeze! The rooms were lovely and cozy, with an amazing bed that helped us sleep all night. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment. The nearby park was a bonus, especially for families with children or children with Autism. The location was great, being closer to the beach compared to other places. We felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed throughout our stay. The presence of a fridge and tea-making facilities made it convenient for families with toddlers. We are already planning to book again for next year!

the place is nice and has marvellous location near a bus stop at the top of the town. the rooms are tidy and spotless, and are complete with big windows, shared bathroom, for instance.

The proximity to town and shops was great, with a short 2-5 minute walk to Spar and Sainsbury's. The location is also close to the beaches, making it convenient for walks. having a fridge in the room was a bonus for storing milk and other items. The TV had a good selection of channels for entertainment.

There were a few issues during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with marks on the sheets and walls.

I had a great time staying at Ocean Breeze. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore Crantock, Fistral, and Towan Head. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, TV, and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I appreciated the convenience of having a sink in the room. it was excellent value for money and I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

Overall it is a nice hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay, the location was GOOD close to Fistral beach. A nice size rooms come with shared bathroom, fridge and big windows.

I had neat spotless room with big windows, shared bathroom, as for instance. The staff were helpful, and the public parking was available.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

The bed was super comfy and the room was nice and clean. The hotel/hostel had a lovely vibe and felt like home. I also loved the fact that there was a kitchen where I could cook my own meals instead of eating out every night. The hotel/hostel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from all the amenities and the beach.

There were a couple of things that bothered me during my stay. some other guests had a tendency to leave lights on in the bathroom, and the sensor lights kept going on and off throughout the night, disturbing my sleep.

The room was spacious and spotless with a fridge, a work desk and ironing facilities. The location was magnificent and nice, close to a bus station. Grill bar Central Grill was located 10 minutes walk away...

I had an amazing value for my money, with a sea view and parking right outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had a nice small TV. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town, Spar, Sainsbury, and the beaches. The staff was very helpful and I hope to stay again soon.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if there were more options available.
